Morpheus Architects completed a full interior transformation for Khipu Networks, converting an outdated double-volume space into a luxury corporate destination. The renovation reimagines the spatial potential of the existing building, introducing a new 200 sqm mezzanine level that maximises usable area while maintaining openness and visual drama. The interior design embraces a bold, contemporary lounge-style aesthetic, blending rich textures, bespoke finishes, and sculptural elements. A sweeping feature slide, geometric pendant lighting, lush green living wall, and curated furniture pieces create a dynamic environment that balances playfulness with refined corporate sophistication. Glass-fronted offices, exposed structural steel, and layered lighting further reinforce the modern industrial character, while premium materials and custom detailing elevate the space into a high-end client-facing environment.
